We provide a diverse range of services to Tesla owners around the world, including modification products, construction services and community involvement.

Our first Tesla upgrade experience center covers an area of ​​more than 2,000 square meters. Currently, the number of our chain service stores has reached 18.

In the United States, we have three upgraded service stores, located in New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. New York is fully operational. Some services in San Francisco can be booked by appointment, and Los Angeles will officially open at the end of July this year. 

Next, we plan to set up operations in Canada,Dubai,Australia,Malaysia...

Shipping policy

T·HOUSE ships merchandise worldwide using UPS, DHL, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping methods vary depending on products and shipping destinations.


If your order contains multiple products, it's possible to receive separate shipments.

For international orders, please take into account transit times between domestic and international carriers, as well as Customs.

Notification of Damage, Wrong Items or Missing Items

Packaging: T·HOUSE takes great care in ensuring your items are well protected and uses the proper packaging and insulation to protect your item(s) from damage. If any packaging seems to be damaged in transit, you agree to notify us within 72 hours of delivery. We suggest you have the delivery agent notate that a package is damaged. You MUST keep all packaging and insulation for us to file a shipping insurance claim on your behalf.

Items: Sometimes freight companies mishandle packages and damage may not be visible on your package. You agree to notify us within 72 hours of delivery if items are damaged upon inspection, or if you have received the wrong item.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. If your item arrives damaged, please do not install the damaged product in your Tesla. Communication with us needs to be done by sending an email with a picture of the damaged item to the email address below within 7 days of delivery. ​

We will file a claim with the carrier and once the claim is approved, we will send you a brand new replacement for the damaged item

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Generally, T·HOUSE inspects each product before shipping it to the customer. If you believe that the item you received is defective/does not work as described, please send us an email within 7 days of delivery with a description of the defective item.

Our customer service will work with you to troubleshoot to ensure product application is correct. If the product is determined to be defective, you may request a replacement or a full refund. ​

RETURNS FOR NON-QUALITY ISSUES

To be eligible for a non-quality return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. ​

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Oversize and free shipping products have the same return period, but are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the return credit except for warranty issues. Once a product is used, it cannot be returned.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

T·HOUSE will not issue refunds on any used and/or installed vehicle accessories, damaged or incomplete kits, items without original packaging, and free gifts.

EXCHANGE

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you own and purchase the new item separately once the return is accepted.

REFUND

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may also take your bank or credit card company some time to process and post the refund.

T·HOUSE will respond to all your requests for returns and refunds within 72 hours.

SPECIAL OFFER REFUNDS

All sales are final and items sold are non-refundable unless a defective/damaged item is received.
