Whether on flat or curved surfaces, the TiO₂ coating increases film hardness, effectively preventing the original vehicle paint—which is relatively “soft”—from being easily scratched. In addition, the dual-process combination of UV thermal curing and hydrogen-bond coating creates a high-density molecular cross-linking network, greatly enhancing impact resistance and enabling rapid self-repair after damage, significantly reducing the probability of paint surface damage.

Tesla’s multi-layer water-based paint process is delicate, and once damaged it is difficult to repair—especially for premium colors, where restoring the original “dynamic” color effect is particularly challenging. On a physical level, dense hydrogen-bond groups promote stronger molecular crosslinking. The increased elasticity enhances impact resistance while effectively preventing paint peeling. In addition, we place greater emphasis on invisible chemical erosion. The TiO₂ coating improves UV refraction, while UV thermal curing enhances ultraviolet absorption, together reducing the rise in paint surface temperature caused by intense sunlight and maintaining the molecular stability of water-based paint.

Excellent impact resistance and resistance to photo-oxidation together preserve the factory-level integrity of both the physical surface and the paint layer. Moreover, the UV thermal curing process enables a more uniform and denser distribution of TiO₂ and hydrogen-bond groups, significantly reducing micro-pores on the film surface. This effectively isolates the original paint from chemical contaminants such as acid rain and bird droppings. The strong lotus-leaf-like hydrophobic effect further minimizes the retention time of contaminants, keeping the surface clean at all times. With outstanding corrosion resistance, dynamic color paint maintains its factory-fresh crystal clarity over time.

About Installation
When you receive the product, please first check whether the product packaging is damaged and whether the product is consistent with what you ordered. If there are obvious problems, please contact us in time and do not install it.
Unapplied films should be stored between 70-80° F (21-26 C), ideally kept in the box free from excessive dust and direct sunlight.
We recommend that you install it accompanied by a professional installer, or learn relevant skills before installing it. It is recommended that you search for relevant content on relevant video websites to learn. Such items cannot be returned once they are used.
Matters Needing Attention
After installing the Paint Protection Film, you need to pay attention to the following matters:
After the construction is completed, the film surface and the paint surface have not fully adhered. Do not wash the car within 3 days (it doesn’t matter if it rains), and do not drive on the highway (speed below 80 yards). It is recommended to check the adhesion of the PPF on the entire car in about 3 days and perform Reinforced corners.

Notification of Damage, Wrong Items or Missing Items
Packaging: T·HOUSE takes great care in ensuring your items are well protected and uses the proper packaging and insulation to protect your item(s) from damage. If any packaging seems to be damaged in transit, you agree to notify us within 72 hours of delivery. We suggest you have the delivery agent notate that a package is damaged. You MUST keep all packaging and insulation for us to file a shipping insurance claim on your behalf.
Items: Sometimes freight companies mishandle packages and damage may not be visible on your package. You agree to notify us within 72 hours of delivery if items are damaged upon inspection, or if you have received the wrong item.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. If your item arrives damaged, please do not install the damaged product in your Tesla. Communication with us needs to be done by sending an email with a picture of the damaged item to the email address below within 7 days of delivery.

We will file a claim with the carrier and once the claim is approved, we will send you a brand new replacement for the damaged item
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Generally, T·HOUSE inspects each product before shipping it to the customer. If you believe that the item you received is defective/does not work as described, please send us an email within 7 days of delivery with a description of the defective item.

Our customer service will work with you to troubleshoot to ensure product application is correct. If the product is determined to be defective, you may request a replacement or a full refund.
RETURNS FOR NON-QUALITY ISSUES
To be eligible for a non-quality return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Oversize and free shipping products have the same return period, but are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the return credit except for warranty issues. Once a product is used, it cannot be returned.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
T·HOUSE will not issue refunds on any used and/or installed vehicle accessories, damaged or incomplete kits, items without original packaging, and free gifts.
EXCHANGE
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you own and purchase the new item separately once the return is accepted.
REFUND
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may also take your bank or credit card company some time to process and post the refund.
